The Wild Unfolding is a holistic healing arts company specializing in emotional and energetic wellness, physical pain relief, and advanced spiritual studies.
Lead practitioner Karleigh Herman has spent years studying the human energetic field through yogic philosophy and science (Hatha and Kundalini), Reiki healing, and integrative, trauma-informed somatic programs with respected teachers in psychology and body-based healing.
She is a licensed massage therapist, Reiki Master Practitioner, and trained Yoga Teacher who facilitates breath, movement, and nervous-system-supportive practices. Karleigh works one-on-one with clients both in person and remotely, offering deeply personalized care.
Her intention is to support holistic healing of the mind, body, and Spirit — helping clients reconnect with their innate intelligence, access their intuitive knowing, and restore a sense of inner safety and clarity.
In each session, whether in person or remote, you are gently guided to connect with your breath, body, and emotional-energetic state. From there, integrative somatic and energetic practices support the processing, integration, and regulation of your nervous system — allowing your system to return to a parasympathetic state, the natural space where the body and Spirit can begin to repair, recalibrate, and alchemize new attunements.
