I came upon Karleigh after my life had changed forever. I was in a low mood and low energy state with my hopes for the future completely lost after suffering a miscarriage and a relationship loss. I was doing traditional therapies, but it wasn’t until my first session with Karleigh that I had an emotional release that allowed me to really start processing my grief. I went for body work and ended up working on my whole self physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. She helped me recognize the beauty in the pain of such a traumatic event and not to mention this was on her first day back from her own maternity leave. We continued to work together over the next couple of years and as I worked in the hospital during the pandemic. Karleigh continued to guide me to help me find my own light within and gave me the strength to start to protect that light from others trying to dim it. Having poured myself into the hustle culture my entire life, she helped me start to shift my mindset to push my own boundaries of what I could do in my life, with my life. Karleigh has a unique gift combining practices and methods that guide her to helping identify the areas of need that you may not even realize.
